Over the past few months, Lautner has been linked to Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, among others. He’s also made love to millions of women in their fantasies.

He may have had an affair with her (and many, many others), but no love child resulted from that fornication. Thus, Tiger Woods wants Devon James’ paternity claim axed.
Through his lawyers, Tiger has fired back against one of his porn star mistresses and her paternity claims, asking the court to throw the case out for one simple reason:
Tiger is not the father.
Devon James filed papers back in June alleging that the golfer was the father of her nine-year-old son . . . despite DNA tests proving that the daddy was someone else.
Attorneys for Woods have now filed legal documents declaring as fact that Woods is not the daddy of James’ son and, therefore, the paternity case should be history.
Better luck next time, Dev.
Much as a Tiger Woods love child wouldn’t surprise us at this point, a low-rent porn star mistress making up such a claim surprises us even less.

Portland police will reopen their investigation into Al Gore and allegations that the former V. P. sexually abused a massage therapist named Molly Hagerty.
Guy hasn’t felt the heat like this since November 2000!
The 2006 claims by Molly Hagerty did not lead to charges. Officials also may have briefly re-examined the case last year, resulting in recent media leaks.
Last week police said the matter wasn’t investigated further due to “insufficient evidence to support the allegations” and the accuser was uncooperative.
They were not specific about why they were taking another look at it this time, but Hagerty has since gone public with her claims against the politician.
She told the National Enquirer in graphic detail about the awful night Al Gore sexually abused her, allegedly, in his hotel room after paying for a massage.
A week after the inconvenient rumor first surfaced that Al Gore faced allegations of sexual assault, the former Veep issued a strongly worded denial Wednesday.
Confident that he will be exonerated, his camp says “Further investigation into this matter will only benefit Mr. Gore,” according to spokesperson Kalee Kreider.
“The Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading and inaccurate story generated by tabloids. Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial. “
The National Enquirer, which recently blew the lid off the Tiger Woods and John Edwards cheating scandals, was the first to report on the masseuse’s statement to police last year about the alleged abuse at a luxury hotel in October 2006.
Molly Hagerty was reportedly considering suing the 62-year-old Gore before approaching the celebrity gossip publication, asking for $1 million for her story.
It’s unclear if she was paid that, but the Enquirer is unabashed about doing so for solid intel and, as Edwards’ scandal proved, it doesn’t mean it’s not true.

LeAnn Rimes is straight hating on her boyfriend’s wife. Don’t we all?
A source close to Rimes’ soon-to-be divorced lover, Eddie Cibrian, says that Rimes’ lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to his estranged wife Brandi Glanville.
The reason? Allegations of slander. A lawsuit may follow imminently.
Rimes’ claims stem from before Eddie and Brandi even split. Amid rumors of Rimes’ affair with her husband, she told the press LeAnn was stalking Eddie Cibrian.
Of course, the source explains, Brandi Glanville was unaware of the Lifetime movie co-stars’ affair, and only made that statement before Cibrian broke the news.
Despite making no secret of being royally pissed at Eddie Cibrian dumping her for LeAnn Rimes (right), Brandi Glanville (right) denies slanderous wrongdoing.
“Brandi has been nothing but nice to LeAnn,” says a source. “She let her kids go to Mexico with them, and is happy they like her. If they didn’t, she would be upset. “
Things have been relatively quiet on the Rimes-Cibrian-Glanville front recently, which makes news of Rimes’ out-of-the-blue cease and desist letter more shocking.
Rimes’ camp says it came “after months of Brandi speaking about LeAnn in the press and telling lies. This is something she felt was necessary to protect herself. “
Rep for both Rimes and Glanville had “no comment” on this, but sources close to the latter say her attorneys plan on responding to the letter in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Glanville and Cibrian’s divorce is getting close to being official. We just hope there are no more tire slashing rampages from Brandi in the meantime.

Britney Spears Goes Teetotal…
Now there’s a title we never thought we’d write! This time last year we really didn’t think Britney Spears would ever be able to turn her disastrous life around but time after time she continues to repeatedly surprise us. The other day we spotted her picking up her son Jayden from pre-school and it made us realise just how far the troubled pop star has come.
Along with fulfilling her motherly duties we hear that in a desperate bid to regain her former figure Britney has banished booze from her diet. “She has decided to give up drinking alcohol, because not only does it cause weight gain but she wants to be on the ball. ” Since ditching alcohol Britney has lost a whopping10lb and can’t wait for the rehearsals for her world tour to begin in January.
Still Maybe Possibly Pregnant…
Last week we were a little shocked to hear reports that Brit’s little sis had gone and got herself knocked up again. In case you somehow missed the story it was claimed that despite giving birth to Maddie Briann just four months ago, “Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical. ”
However, before the news had even begun to sink in “an unimpeachable source” stepped up to strongly deny the claims and perhaps it had something to do with the word “unimpeachable” but believed them.
But just like every good Spears story that wasn’t to be the end of it. A family member has now been speaking to an American magazine and they’re claiming the pregnancy rumours are most definitely true and the denials “are simply buying the Spears family time until they decide what to do. ” Apparently, Lynne went ballistic when she heard and “she’s livid the news leaked out, especially during her book tour. ”
So who do you believe?? The family member or the peachy source?

Troubled star Britney Spears has spoken about her very public meltdown for the first time in a documentary which will be aired on MTV on November 30th – two days before the release of her new album.
The 90-minute film features behind-the-scenes footage of the Womanizer singer talking about her life over the past two years. Surely this will be the televisual event of the year, if not the century?! Take a look at the preview and tell us what you think.
Britney’s Going Back To Court…
Yesterday we caught up with Britney Spears shopping in West Hollywood like she didn’t have a care in the world, but unfortunately that’s not the case because it’s just been announced that the singer will appear in court next week to face charges of misdemeanour driving without a licence! The charges stem from an incident in 2007 in which the songstress hit a parked car in Los Angeles and left without notifying the owner. She was originally cited for hit-and-run and driving without a licence, but the hit-and-run charges were dropped.
A year later and Britney was offered the opportunity of avoiding a messy trial with a plea deal, which would have put her on a one-year probation and required her to pay a $150 fine. But Britney’s lawyer has rejected the offer, so we’ll be seeing her in court next week! Is it wrong that we’re oddly excited about that? Wait a second, don’t answer that question…

Former Laguna Beach and Hills star Jason Wahler was arrested last week for allegedly driving under the influence, having just been sprung from jail in Mexico!
Newport Beach, Calif. , police say Wahler was nabbed for driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe while intoxicated. Hilariously, he described himself to police as “an actor. “
He was released under his own recognizance. You may recall Wahler was arrested in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and held there earlier this month after a bar fight.
As for how he got back to the U. S. , that remains shrouded in mystery. The U. S. Consulate is, for whatever reason, keeping the reason for his release on the DL.
Until he gets arrested, we always forget about him too.
Jason Wahler was cuffed a week ago Thursday and thrown in the slammer after getting in a fight, yet no record of Jason was found during calls to various jails.
The Consulate says he was released seven hours after being locked up after the ex of Lauren Conrad signed a document keeping the terms of his release secret.

You gotta love Mexico.
According to Wahler’s father, no charges were filed against his son in Mexico. As for the Newport Beach DUI, he’s not likely to be let off with any secret bribe.
