If you just want to get rid of the hair, I would just go and get some spray on hair remover from the drugstore. It works, it is much cheaper and it won’t hurt like hell. But definitely don’t get nair, that will sting.
I have been to Hollywood and I am guessing that if you don’t want to spend a lot to look up somewhere just outside of Hollywood. Check the yellow pages.
You ever see those “NAILS” places in all the small strip malls? They do eyebrow waxing, leg waxings and all of that so I am sure they would wax your shoulders.
